At present, Acme is actively seeking an individual for the following position: Chief Technology Officer
Responsibilities include:
- Technology solutions for rugged embedded computing problems
- Develop detailed project plans and product specifications
- Oversee all facets of technology development process.
Must have B.Sc. degree in Electrical Engineering or related field plus two years' experience managing development of designs employing high speed digital electronics design using Freescale microprocessors and Xilinx/Altera family FPGA's; designing and testing electronics packaging techniques for very high shock and vibration levels; conduction cooling techniques as employed in vehicle applications; vehicle-based video display systems including video capture, overlay, and mixing techniques; selection, qualification, and management of major subcontractors including PWB layout, EDA Tools, and Contract Manufacturing; and, writing of hardware development specifications and joint R&D Venture agreements.
